About the Facility

Ronald C. Mulholland Juvenile Center is a 26-bed facility. Twelve (12) of those beds are dedicated to the Female Treatment Center. The other fourteen beds are for male or female juveniles in detention status. It is a "pre" and "post" dispositional secure setting for youth with special circumstances and needs. It is the goal of the staff and programming of Ronald C. Mulholland Juvenile Center to treat each of the youth with the individual care and planning necessary to meet their special and basic needs while at the same time ensuring a safe environment free from abuse.
