About the Facility

T​he Vicki Douglas Juvenile Center is a 23 bed detention facility located in Martinsburg, West Virginia. The facility houses both males and females ages 10 through 21 who have been charged but not convicted of a crime. The facility provides all of a child’s needs to include, housing, education, medical and Nutrition services. In addition, the facility provides several holiday celebrations, movie night, special guest speakers, recreational tournaments, and special dinners.
