About the Facility

The Fayette County Youth Reporting Center serves both status offenders and youth who have
been adjudicated delinquent. This Center offers a 10-week truancy diversion program, an 8-to-
12-week pre-petition diversion program, and a full program that takes approximately 6 months
to complete. The full program has a focus on the youth's needs and goals based on assessment
results. Supportive counseling and psychoeducational groups are provided by trained
Correctional Staff. A Masters Level Therapist provides intensive individual and family therapy to
the youth and their family at the center. Community providers and volunteers are utilized to
mentor and work with the youth.
