Kanawha County Youth Reporting Center

About the Facility

Kanawha County has an on grounds alternative school. Three (3) teachers for education services are provided by the Kanawha County Board of Education. Masters Level Therapist provides intensive individual therapy to the youth at the center. Community providers and volunteers are utilized to mentor and work with the youth. This Center has collaborated with the Supreme Court as the provider for the Juvenile Drug Court in Kanawha County. Group and Therapy services are offered through this program as a pre-petition diversion effort to assist youth with substance abuse issues.
