About the Facility

Pocahontas County YRC is located in the Cass Scenic Railroad State Park. The facility has an on grounds school providing education services to students 12 to 18. Professional staff provide group and individual counseling to all program students. Community providers and volunteers are utilized to mentor and work with the youth. Community Service opportunities are available throughout the state park and the county.

Group and Therapy services are provided to all students assigned, whether they are court-ordered or as a pre-petition diversion option.
